Jjajangmen Fresh Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
- 9 8½” rice wrappers
- 4 scallions, chopped
- Samyang Buldak fire noodle sauce
- 2 packets Jjajangmen instant noodles
- 6 eggs, soft boiled and sliced into thirds
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions
2. Add a few dashes of fire noodle sauce
3. Mix and let it cool
4. Fill a large bowl with warm water
5. Dip one wrapper into the water for 1 sec to soften
6. Lay wrapper flat
7. Add two slices of egg in a row across the center
8. Top with some scallions and then some noodles
9. Fold uncovered sides inward
10. Tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end
11. Repeat with remaining ingredients
